Production Phase
At the point where the design is ready to go out to the world, it is ready for production. For many products -- and especially for inventors -- this is where the real work begins. The Production phase is usually, by far, the most expensive. During this phase Solid Design Solutions, Inc. will create Design Change Evaluations for Manufacture and Assembly. Construct a Failure Tracking data base, perform Inventory Analysis as required and adjust production lot sizes. Work Force Training and Work Place Safety Evaluations will be conducted and we’ll review production phase results with the Client. Click on the link for an overview of the Production Phase Process.
