Preproduction Phase
Pre-Production Lots are created using the Targeted Production Processes. First Article Inspections are performed. Production Tooling is accepted. Assembly Fixtures are Designed, Built and Tested. Inspection Procedures, Process and Assembly Instructions are created and documented. Component Stocking Levels are established. Packaging, Stocking and Distribution of Finished Goods are checked.
